Bijay completed his undergraduate degree in Civil Engineering from Pokhara University and his Master’s in Civil Engineering from South Dakota State University.

Mr. Bhandari brings twelve years of experience providing designs across all phases, from conceptual to final construction documents. With his previous employer, he provided Architectural designs and construction document details for building systems, pre-engineered buildings, historical structures, and commissioning requirements for Government projects. He also provided residential designs for the revitalization program designed by FEMA/Texas General Land Office, after Hurricane Harvey. A native of Nepal Mr. Bhandari completed his Undergraduate degree in Architecture at Pokhara University and completed his MSc in Architecture at Pratt Institute, New York. At FIF as a Project Manager, he supervises all phases of Architectural drawings for commercial and residential clients. Examine technical specifications, cost estimates, and engineering drawings for compliance with regulatory policies.

Sam is a structural engineer who graduated from the University of Houston in the summer of 1998. He has a passion for structural design, and for helping people resolve their structural needs such as reinforcing a failing foundation, designing, or reinforcing a structural member, etc. Sam brings over 24 years of experience in various engineering designs

Over 20 plus years of Civil Design and Computer Technology experience in the (AEC) Architectural/ Engineering and Consulting industries. Steven’s background includes Land Development, Highway Design, Information Technology, Project Management, Software Programming, and supervision of production operations for all design disciplines.

In his capacity as the Project Building Designer at FIF Engineering, Byron Vu has worked on numerous residential and commercial building projects. He graduated from the University of Houston Gerald Hines College of Architecture in 2001 and has over 20 years of experience in this field.
