Bijay R Aryal, P.E.

Bijay R. Aryal is the President and Principal Consultant at FIF Engineering. He holds over 20 years of experience in Civil design and engineering consultation services. Bijay’s background includes experience in Civil and Structural Engineering to Project Planning & Estimation, Business development, and Inspection services.

Bijay completed his undergraduate degree in Civil Engineering from Pokhara University and his Master’s in Civil Engineering from South Dakota State University.

Subodh Bhandari

Mr. Bhandari brings twelve years of experience providing designs across all phases, from conceptual to final construction documents. With his previous employer, he provided Architectural designs and construction document details for building systems, pre-engineered buildings, historical structures, and commissioning requirements for Government projects. He also provided residential designs for the revitalization program designed by FEMA/Texas General Land Office, after Hurricane Harvey. A native of Nepal Mr. Bhandari completed his Undergraduate degree in Architecture at Pokhara University and completed his MSc in Architecture at Pratt Institute, New York. At FIF as a Project Manager, he supervises all phases of Architectural drawings for commercial and residential clients. Examine technical specifications, cost estimates, and engineering drawings for compliance with regulatory policies.

Sam Jawhary, EIT

Sam is a structural engineer who graduated from the University of Houston in the summer of 1998. He has a passion for structural design, and for helping people resolve their structural needs such as reinforcing a failing foundation, designing, or reinforcing a structural member, etc. Sam brings over 24 years of experience in various engineering designs

Anshul Bansal, P.E.

Anshul Bansal has over 6 years of experience in planning, designing, and engineering analysis of Industrial, commercial, and residential buildings. Anshul is focused on designing new buildings, addition, demolition, and remodeling related structural issues. Anshul is committed to delivering projects for their clients with great quality, in time without breaking the bank. Prior to joining FIF Engineering Anshul spent more than 4 years at HSG Constructors where he served as Structural Field Engineer at Vogtle Nuclear Power Plant in Waynesboro, Georgia. Anshul has a Master of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Oklahoma State University and a Bachelor of Technology in Civil Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology Guwahati (India).

Steven Pollard

Over 20 plus years of Civil Design and Computer Technology experience in the (AEC) Architectural/ Engineering and Consulting industries. Steven’s background includes Land Development, Highway Design, Information Technology, Project Management, Software Programming, and supervision of production operations for all design disciplines.

Byron Vu

In his capacity as the Project Building Designer at FIF Engineering, Byron Vu has worked on numerous residential and commercial building projects. He graduated from the University of Houston Gerald Hines College of Architecture in 2001 and has over 20 years of experience in this field.

Josh Flower

Josh Flower has worked as an intern for the Architecture team at FIF Engineering for 10 months now. During his internship, he took on several responsibilities like taking measurements of sites, corresponding with clients, and drafting architectural plans for several projects under his mentor.

Marcelo Baldivieso

Marcelo Baldivieso, born and raised in La Paz, Bolivia. Graduated in Architecture in 2000 from UMSA,

Universidad Mayor de San Andres, La Paz, Bolivia, and Master’s Degree in Territorial Development in

2017 from the UNIBA, Universidad Internacional de Barcelona, Barcelona, Spain.

Architectural designer, Photographer and Artist. He was involved in small, medium, and large projects,

such as Retail Franchises, Residential Housing, Restaurants Franchises, and Malls.

Living in Houston, TX, since 2022. Marcelo is committed to helping people, through design as a tool, to

improve their lives.

Rhina Rausseo

Rhina Rausseo is an Architect from Venezuela with more than eleven years working in Revit, and two

Master’s Degrees, the first one was in Architecture and Sustainability from Universidad Politécnica de

Cataluña (Barcelona, Spain), and the second one was in International BIM Manager from Zigurat Global

Institute (Barcelona, Spain). Both specialties changed the perception of the environment/buildings.

Received the Silver Award in the Ecologist, Healthy, and Sustainable Category from the Asian Design

Award Competition (2019). Worked in residential, and commercial projects.
